To make the sauce:
								
								- Cook 
								mushroom and onion in oil + butter 
								- Add a cup 1/2 cup of dry vermouth and
  1/4 cup of light cream 
								- Add 2 Tablespoons soy sauce and
  1 teaspoon of dijon mustard 
								- To thicken the sauce add 2 tablespoons of
   all purpose flour.Sprinkle 
								sea salt and black pepper over the filet mignon 
								and pan fry to sear each side about 5 minutes 
								(medium rare) or more per your liking 
								
								When cooked 
								arrange the filet over some vegetable green and 
								pour the sauce over.
